To place a new ORDER Purchasing Person must follow the processes described below.

It is imperative that Purchasing Person will spend THE LEAST amount of time between receiving a task to place an order and signing the final PO/making down payment to the Vendor. The overall process from receiving the task to signing the PO should not take more than 3 working days for China and 5 working days for India. Purchasing Person must do whatever it takes to make it happen, failing to do so will affect personal KPIs.

How to place a new ORDER

  1. Task received
  2. Check previous order details
  3. Negotiate and decide the currency
  4. Upload Renegotiated prices
  5. Finalize Purchase Order
  6. Send PO PDF to the Vendor and request PI
  7. Arrange the down payment
  8. Send OPDs (Order Packaging Details) to the Vendors
  9. Handle Packaging Designs (India)
  10. Fill out missing CBM in PO
  11. Fill out dates in Order Milestones
  12. Sign Manufacturing Agreement with the Vendor (if it was not signed previously)
