Order Packaging Details (OPD) is the document with detailed packaging requirements that is prepared by Sales Dept. for every order.
OPDs are prepared for each product and contain detailed requirements about box, blister, label, carton, etc. - each element of the packaging. OPDs will be prepared by Sales Dept. at the same time as working on packaging designs. Sales Dept. will send a task to Purchasing Person to review and send the OPDs to the Vendor.
Purchasing Person must send the OPDs to the Vendor and have them confirm that all packaging requirements are clear.
