The majority of Leads that will be received by a BD Salesperson is normally through Lead Replies (LRs) or Resending Inquiries which will be directed from Marketing Dept. Throughout the normal process of handling Leads, BD Salesperson will also be heavily involved in more proactive campaigns to target Prospects rather than waiting for incoming contact from a Prospect. This SOP lists the different campaigns that BD Dept. will be involved in, as well as the process of how each campaign is handled and integrated into the standard BD process.
