Estimated Dates in Registration Milestones

China: filling out Estimated Dates in Registration Milestones is the responsibility of Registration Dept., so this SOP can be skipped.

India: filling out Estimated Dates in Registration Milestones is the responsibility of Purchasing Dept., so this SOP has to be read and followed carefully.

Filling out estimated dates in Registration Milestones is a very similar process to filling out Estimated Dates in Order Milestones. The only difference is that the names of the milestones for registration start with ‘REG’, in comparison with ‘ORD’ for Orders. Detailed process of creating milestones is described in Estimated dates in Order Milestones SOP.

The following milestones need to be set for every Registration:

• REG: 5. Payments to Manufacturers Completed (only actual date per Vendor)
• REG: 6. Samples Production Started/Manufacturer Confirms Packaging (only actual date per Vendor)
• REG: 7. Samples Production Completed (estimated dates per Vendor)
• REG: 8. Documents Completed (estimated dates per Vendor)

NOTE: estimated dates must be filled out as soon as the Agreement is signed & Deposit payment is made. The estimated dates for these 2 events must be based on the dates signed in the Agreement.
