At this point, promo list should be finalized and all the assets for mockups are prepared and saved in the folder which is created by Promo Specialist and saved in the server: Google Drive (Z:)>>Shared drive>>AdvaCare Marketing Control>>Promotional Distributor Material>>customer code>>order number>>assets
Now Promo Specialist can send a design task to the Design Specialist. If there are more than 1 Design Specialist in the Marketing Department, design tasks should be sent to one Design Specialist per promo.
