The following template should be copied and pasted into the ‘Description’ of the new QC ticket in Odoo as per SOP Creating a QC Ticket for a Product Complaint.
EVALUATION:
- Do the QC samples have the same quality issue as per the Customer's complaint?
- If so, how many of the QC samples are affected?
- Take photos of the samples (even if the samples do not have quality issues): paste link of the folder where photos/videos are located
- Has this product been ordered by the Customer before? If so, is the Vendor the same as the previous order?
TIMELINE:
- Production completion date:
- Final payment received date:
- Actual date shipment departed from China:
- Date shipment arrived at the destination port?
- Did the ship transit to other countries before the destination port? Or was it a direct shipment from departure port to destination port?
- When were the goods cleared by the customer from the destination port?
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
- What is the temperature in the warehouse of customer?
- What is the temperature in the destination country during the time of arrival of goods?
