The following template should be copied and pasted into the ‘Description’ of the new QC ticket in Odoo as per SOP Creating a QC Ticket for a Product Complaint.

EVALUATION:

  1. Do the QC samples have the same quality issue as per the Customer's complaint?
  2. If so, how many of the QC samples are affected?
  3. Take photos of the samples (even if the samples do not have quality issues): paste link of the folder where photos/videos are located
  4. Has this product been ordered by the Customer before? If so, is the Vendor the same as the previous order?

TIMELINE:

  1. Production completion date:
  2. Final payment received date:
  3. Actual date shipment departed from China:
  4. Date shipment arrived at the destination port?
  5. Did the ship transit to other countries before the destination port? Or was it a direct shipment from departure port to destination port?
  6. When were the goods cleared by the customer from the destination port?

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

  1. What is the temperature in the warehouse of customer?
  2. What is the temperature in the destination country during the time of arrival of goods?
