Task Received (Registration is Confirmed)

In normal circumstances, an RFQ turns into REGISTRATION the moment we receive the deposit from Customer. However, in some instances when Business Development person is certain that Customer will make the deposit or it is approved to proceed with Customer without deposit (existing and reliable Customers), RFQ might turn into REGISTRATION when Customer confirms the registration via email.

For Purchasing Person, the REGISTRATION process begins after Salesperson (either Account Manager or Business Development person) sends a task to move forward with the registration. Once the task is received, Purchasing Person can move forward to the next step of starting a new REGISTRATION process – check product & Vendor details and then start negotiating the deposit. Negotiation MUST start on the same day as the task is received.
