HR Dept. Manager

General:

  • Human resource planning;
  • Collect and prepare documents for foreigner’s work permit and visa;
  • Employee performance and reviews;
  • Update company of new HR policies;
  • Conflict resolution.

Accounting Dept. Manager

General:

  • Chinese employee insurance onboarding and offboarding;
  • Chinese employee annual salary report.

Administrative Assistant

General:

  • Ensure smooth operation of the office;
  • Restock office supplies;
  • Process incoming deliveries and outgoing domestic packages;
  • Purchase and QC of promotional materials and items from vendors for the Marketing Dept.;
  • Promotional material Fapiao;
  • Prepare promotional materials delivery to warehouse;
  • Sourcing support for Procurement Dept.;
  • Preparation of samples for BD Dept.;
  • Management of administrative projects (company licenses, trademarks, etc.);
  • Coordinate company trips and events;
  • Translation of English <-> Chinese;
  • Support Accounting Dept. with individual income tax-related matters;
  • Accounting journal entries;
  • Employee attendance;
  • New employee hiring process;
  • HR support;
  • Process requests of Director and Managers.
