Once a new customer is handed over to Account Managers, AM Specialist is to schedule the Transition Meeting.
DISTRIBUTOR TRANSITION MEETING
When the Handover task from BD Specialist is sent to Sales Director, Sales Manager and assigned Account Manager, a short meeting to go over this task will be held the same day.
Prior to that meeting, Account Manager will check EL Database to search information on this new distributor to take notes of important points:
The above gathered information is to be discussed with BD, AM and Sales Director to decide what can be addressed during the Transition Meeting with the customer.
When executing the Transition Meeting, address and confirm the above points. Write down notes. Something that applies to the customer market in general should be added to “Country” module.
Record received information in the Meeting Summary and Internal notes under the customer contact card.
Based on the decided action plan, set activities under the customer contact card to reach the desired goal.
