Customer Information

The Customer information can be found under the “Contacts” module.

When newly assigned to an existing Customer, it is important for BD Salesperson to check the information about a Customer in order to take over the Customer efficiently. These are the important points that need to be carefully looked into when assigned to an existing Customer:

Contacts & Addresses

Contacts & Addresses will show the individual contact persons within the company. When communicating with a contact person of the company, BD Salesperson can include other relevant person(s) in the company to facilitate better communication. For example, including communications are slow with a Regulatory person, BD Salesperson can CC and include a person with a higher position to incite faster responses.

Internal Notes

Internal notes contain information crucial about the Customer regarding past RFQs, Orders, and Registrations. It also lists more detailed information about the registration requirements of the Customer.

Profile

Profile provides the detailed information about a Customer’s Buyer Persona. By understanding the Customer’s Buyer Persona, BD Salesperson can be prepared and anticipate challenges that may occur with a Customer.

Sales & Purchase

Sales & Purchase will contain important information such as: the salespersons (Account Manager and BD Salesperson) as well as the standard Payment terms of a Customer and its Customer Code.

Documentation

Documentations list every single registration document that is currently being prepared or has been provided to a Customer.

Required Documents

Required Documents list all of the required documents for this particular Customer. It includes all product ranges that the Customer is engaged in. If a Customer is engaged in more than one product range, details required documents can be found under “Internal Notes”.

Authentication

Authentication lists the documents that require authentication (legalization/notarization) for registration.

Exclusivity

Exclusivity lists the product, product ranges, or brands that are exclusive for this Customer in their market.

Certificates

Registration Certificates list all of the completed registrations from the Customer’s MOH.

SO Terms

SO Terms are applicable when a Customer has different terms than the standard of the system. Read carefully of each SO Term if it is applicable.

Pending Issues

Pending Issues list either product quality issues that have been recorded for the Customer, or possible refunds of Registration Deposit that will be applied in the next order of that product.

MORE

Meetings

Meetings link to the list of meetings that have been previously done with a Customer. More information about the content of the meeting can be found under each meeting “Description”.

Registrations

Registrations show the number of products that have started registration with this Customer, either in Draft (just started), Ongoing, Completed or Canceled stages. When clicked, it links to the list of all these products with more detailed information of each registration.
