Updating PR and RA Status

Once all registration requirements for a product registration has been completed, the status of the PR can update in the system to track where each product registration is. The same concept is applied to RA for registration of 1 or many products under one Vendor. The pipeline of both PR and RA are the same, but may have some different context for the product(s) under registration.

Following are steps to to update the status of PR and RA.

UPDATING PR STATUS

Once all Product documents for a product has been completed and checked by BD Salesperson, the Status of each PR can be updated through this steps:

1. Open the PR page.
2. Clicking on one of statuses on the pipeline depending on the actual status of all documents under for this product registration:
• Draft: the PR has not been started by the RA Dept.
• In Progress: RA Dept. is currently still working on the product documents for that PR.
• Provided: all product documents have been provided to the Customer.
• Submitted: all product documents have been submitted to the Country MOH by the Customer.
• Revision: Customer/Country MOH comes back with a request for revisions/additional documents.
• Canceled: a product registration is canceled and is no longer to continue with this Vendor.
• Completed: CPR of the product has been issued by Country MOH and saved in the AC Drive.

Note: when a PR is canceled, BD Salesperson must send a task under the PR chatter to RA Specialist, BD Dept. Manager, Purchasing Dept. Manager and VP of Sales the reason for the cancellation.

CHECKING ALL PR STATUS UNDER AN RA

To see all the different product registration status of one RA, follow these steps:

1. Open the RA from SO or Registration Module.
2. Click the “Registrations” quick link on the RA.

3. A table will be shown to show all the products under RA with colors that show the stage of each product registration.

UPDATING RA STATUS

Once all Site AND Product documents for all product list under one RA has been completed and checked by BD Salesperson, the Status of each RA can be updated by clicking the correct status the pipeline to the following:

1. Open the RA page.
2. Clicking on one of stat
• Provided: when all site and product documents have been provided to the Customer.
• Submitted: when all site, product and authenticated documents have been submitted to the Country MOH by the Customer.
• Revision: when Customer/Country MOH comes back with a request for revisions/additional documents.
• Canceled: when all products/site registration is canceled and is no longer to continue.
• Completed: when CPR of all products under the RA have been issued by Country MOH and saved in the AC Drive.

Make sure that the PR stage under that RA is consistent with it.

Note: For Site Registration, when an RA is canceled, BD Salesperson must send a task under the PR chatter to RA Specialist, BD Dept. Manager, Purchasing Dept. Manager and VP of Sales the reason for the cancellation.

CHECKING ALL RA STATUS OF A REGISTRATION SO

To see all the different registration status by vendor of one SO, follow these steps:

1. Open SO Task and click on the “Opportunity Info” tab.
2. Scroll down to find the part “Registrations”.
3. The status of all RAs is shown on the right end of the table.

UPDATING THE ORDER MILESTONES

As the status of each RA is completed, make sure to fill in the Order Milestones:

• REG: 10 Samples Received by Customer
• REG: 11. Documents Completed
• REG: 12. Documents Provided to Customer
• REG: 13. Documents Submitted by Customer
• REG: 14. Documents Revisions Completed (applicable if Customer/MOH comes with more queries and requests revisions to the documents). In this case, make a new milestone steps REG: 12 and 13 for the revisions. Do NOT replace the initial ones .
