The purpose of our company presentation is to provide prospects and new customers with a comprehensive understanding of our company. This presentation is a crucial tool designed to highlight our company’s background, showcase our product range, highlight our competitive advantages, and convincingly demonstrate why distributors should choose to work with us.

Importance of the Company Presentation

  1. Information Dissemination:
    • Company Overview: Introduces our company's history, mission, and values.
    • Product Range: Details our product offerings, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, supplements, and veterinary medicines.
  2. Showcasing our Product Portfolio:
    • Wide Product Range: Highlights our expansive range of products that meets the needs of our distributors and their distribution channels.
    • Branding: Explains our brand positioning and importance of marketing credible brands that build credibility and a strong market position.

Use of the Company Presentation

The company presentation, as explained above, is extremely important to effectively not only explain about our company, but also to convince potential distributors, or further educate and motivate new distributors, that we are the ONLY company they should be working with.

The company presentation is to be used for:

  • Potential Distributors:
    • Meetings in office with potential distributors
    • Online meetings with potential distributors
    • Sales Outreach Campaigns (BD trips) with potential distributors
    • Self-Guided presentation (viewer to navigate through the content without a live presenter)
  • Existing Distributors:
    • Transition Meetings (when distributor account passes from BD Dept to AM Dept)
    • Distributor meetings or seminars with their customers

    • Online
      • When to use? Only to be used by the Sales Dept during meetings to present the company. This online version and the password is not to be shared with any parties outside of the company.

      • When to use? To be used by the Sales Dept or Marketing Dept to send to existing distributors for their marketing purposes to explain about AdvaCare Pharma. This video may also be sent to prospective distributors on a case-by-case basis pending approval by the manager of the AM Dept, BD Dept, or Marketing Dept.
    • File (to be on USB)
      • When to use? Only to be used by the Sales Dept during meetings to present the company. This serves as a backup option if access to the internet is not possible. This file is not to be shared with any parties outside of the company.
  • STATIC PRESENTATION: PDF
    When to use? Use in any scenario when the animated version cannot be used, specifically for sending to prospective distributors or existing distributors. The PDF version is not animated but has clickable links embedded.
