All registration related documents received from the Customer, Vendor, Agents, and even created in house must be saved in this folder. The guideline on how to organize this folder can be found in this reference SOP:
Organizing Registration SO Folder

1. Locate the AdvaCare Purchase India Control Server shared drive - Registration folder.
Location: Z:\Shared drives\AdvaCare Purchase India Control\AdvaCare Purchasing\Registration
2. Find the folder with registration SO#, this folder should already have been created by Purchasing Dept./BD Salesperson. If not, send a task to BD Salesperson to create the folder.
3. All registration documents will be saved under the India Registration SO Folder - Registration Documents.
