Completing a Registration Task

Once all product and site documents of one Vendor under a REGISTRATION Task have all been completed and sent to BD Salesperson to check, the status of the RA will be updated to reflect the stage of each Vendor Registration. Following are some important points to check and do to confirm completion of a registration task.

1. Check and confirm that the following points have been completed:
PR Document Completion
Status of all Documents under a PR is “Complete”.
All documents listed in the PR are in the Registration Folder - Final sub-folder.
RA Document Completion
Status of all Site Documents under the RA - Document Types is “Completed”.
For Site Registration, there may be some requirements of “Product Documents” that are not tracked under a PR. Make sure they are also marked “Completed”.
Vendor Certificates that are marked completed are also marked “Received” under Site Documents.
If authentication is required, status of all Authentication should be “Completed”.
All documents listed in the RA are in the Registration Folder - Final sub-folder.
All vendor certificates newly obtained are also saved in the Manufacturer Folder.
All agent documents newly obtained are also saved in the Dossiers folder.
2. Send a task to the BD Salesperson informing them that all documents have been completed for that RA. The status of PR and RA will be changed to “Provided” by BD Salesperson once all documents are confirmed and sent to the Customer.
3. If all the different Vendor RAs under one Registration Task have been completed, add a new registration milestone with each Vendor document completion date REG: 11. Documents Completed.
