Country Page features

Each Country has its own dedicated page in Registration Module and contains a lot of important information that might turn out useful for Purchasing Person at any moment.

How to locate Country page

Information on Country page useful for Purchasing Dept.

1. Information on top: Regulation type Regulated/Semi-Regulated, Non-regulated reflects the complexity of registration - whether inspection is required before registration completion (Regulated), whether registration is required at all (Semi-regulated). Non regulated countries dont require any registration prior to import. Regions reflect the geographical or other country group.
2. Exclusivity Agreements: contains the list of all exclusivities created for the country, including all 3 types (AdvaCare Granted, Vendor Exclusivity, Country Exclusivity).
3. Vendor Exclusivity: contains the list of Vendors that informed us they are exclusive in a specific Country.
4. Export Vendors: contains the list of all Vendors who export to a specific Country, regardless of registration. The Vendors from this list might or might not be registered in the given Country.
5. Site Documents: contains the list of all Site Documents of all Vendors connected to the given Country. The list includes GMP of Vendors in the given Country, as well as Site Registration Certificates of all Vendors in the given Country (which indicates that the Vendor is registered in the given Country but did not pass inspection of the given Country because it is not required at all or was not required for the specific Vendor due to higher approvals).
6. Registration Certificates: contains the list of all products registered by AdvaCare in the given Country.
