When the produced promotional materials are received and checked by Promo Specialist, the promotional materials designs have to be saved as a template in the “Promotional Design Templates”, so it can be reusable in the future.

To complete this step:

  1. Conduct QA by checking the mockups are free from mistakes.
  2. Promo Specialist sends a task to Design Specialist to remove distributor’s information from the mockup.
  3. Design Specialist sends a task once the new template is saved and attaches the link to where it is saved.
  4. For example: Z:\Shared drives\AdvaCare Marketing Control\Promotional Design Templates\Printed Material\Printed Design Templates\Flyer\3. Supplements

  5. Promo Specialist uses the provided link to check if the saved template is correct.
  6. Moving forward, once all promotional materials are received, checked, finished products pictures are taken and mockups are saved as templates, the dimensions and weight of the promotional materials have to be calculated before dispatch.

Every item needs to be measured and weighed, then recorded in PROMO SHIPPING LIST " and provided to Logistics Department as this information goes in the shipping documents and has to be 100% accurate. Before proceeding with PROMO 14 Milestone, Promo Specialist is to check if any Product Samples will be included as a part of the promotional materials.
