Assets for physical item mockups:

  1. Distributor’s logo (if applicable).
  2. Reference photos of the items. In most cases, there are existing photos for each physical item. If it is a new item or new vendor, Promo Specialist can ask Administrative Specialist to contact the vendor and they will provide photos of this item.

Assets for printed materials:

In most cases, the design of printed materials should stay consistent with the packaging of the relevant products.

  1. Packaging designs of the products in the order, which can be found in this way: Google Drive (Z:)>>Shared Drive>>AdvaCare Cloud Server>>Orders>>Open Orders [year], Promo Specialist will be able to see the relevant folder in this format: [SOXXX-Customer Code-Country-Account Manager’s name]. Promo Specialist will see a folder in this master folder of the order called “Packaging Design”, all the packaging designs are in “Mockups” folder under “Packaging Design”.
  2. Design Specialist will need AI files for certain elements in the packaging files, which is why Promo Specialist needs to find them and duplicate (copy+paste) them into a new folder under the promo folder.

  5. Note: Promo Specialist also needs to check the customer contact information used for the previous promotional items to compare if it matches with the information under the contact card.
    Note: Even though all the information is in the contact card, Promo Specialist should still ask Customer to confirm it when sending the mockups to Customer for confirmation.

  8. Other reference photos/designs that Design Specialist might need. It depends on each specific promo order and can be searched on the internet.
  9. Promo Specialist can start to finalize the quantity of each item once Administrative Specialist provides all the requested in the task information (MOQ, price). The total amount shouldn’t be more than the budget calculated from the order. If there are specific reasons why the budget for this promotional task needs to be increased, Promo Specialist will send a task to Marketing Manager for approval of the budget increase, in which Promo Specialist will explain:

    • the reason for budget increase
    • proposed increased budget amount
    • which items most of the budget will be spent on
