As generic promo is not being produced for a specific order/distributor and must be kept In-Stock, it is important to keep track of the current stock of items.
The GSheet Tab with the Inventory for Generic promo has the list of the items with their quantities, location and notes. For convenience it is color coded:
When the generic promotional materials are being taken from the stock, Promo Specialist will update the available quantity left and evaluate the stock on the subject of reordering items.
To coordinate reordering process, the following Task shall be used:
